Who we are

Rustomograf (LLC "Rustomograf") is a Russian medical equipment supplier specialising in MRI and CT scanners - and in everything that keeps them running: delivery, installation, engineering, service and spare parts. For over 15 years we have worked in Russia, Kazakhstan and other Customs Union countries, providing project solutions for medical imaging businesses.

We are a full-cycle partner for diagnostic centres. We supply new and used MRI and CT systems, deliver them across Russia and the CIS without loss of helium, install and dismantle them, raise and shim the magnetic field, look after the cryogenic system, repair coils and gradient amplifiers, and manufacture RF cabins for MRI rooms. Logistics, rigging, design, ventilation, clean rooms, installers, service and warranty repair all come from one company and one project manager - with no subcontractors to coordinate.

Turnkey projects for medical centres

We help design medical centres around the real installation requirements of MRI and CT equipment - the special demands on siting, shielding, power, ventilation and clean rooms for radiology. One project manager runs the whole job: design, equipment supply, delivery, rigging, installation, launch and warranty service. A complete MRI or CT project - sale and installation - is delivered in as little as 45 days.

Mobile MRI and CT in a trailer

Mobile MRI and CT units in purpose-built trailers are fully equipped diagnostic centres: they are delivered to your site and launched in the shortest possible time, which makes them ideal for outreach diagnostics, temporary replacement of a system under repair, or starting a service without capital construction.

Delivery across Russia and the CIS without helium loss

We deliver MRI systems in a special trailer with a diesel generator across the whole of Russia. Because the magnet is kept cold and powered through transport, you do not risk losing expensive liquid helium - and with it, field homogeneity and image quality - on the way to your site.

Engineering and installation

Our engineers have the specialised tool kits and experience for full system commissioning: installation and dismantling of tomographs, raising the magnet field to the value required for complete MRI installation, shimming, vacuum pumping of the cryostat, nitrogen and helium filling, and cold head replacement and reconditioning. We also repair and supply gradient amplifiers, rent out factory current sources (MPS) and shim devices for Siemens, Philips, GE and Toshiba systems, and manufacture shielded RF cabins for MRI rooms.

Service, repair and spare parts

Beyond new installations, we support and repair existing MRI and CT equipment of every major brand, and we hold a broad stock of consumables and spare parts: MRI and CT parts for Hitachi, Philips, Siemens, GE and Toshiba, burst discs, body coils, cold heads, and RF coils of all manufacturers - GE, Toshiba, XGY, Philips, Siemens and ISOL. Repairing an RF coil is only possible with dedicated equipment, so it is carried out by our trained engineers. We also supply instruments, power supplies, fans, hard drives, injectors, printers, filters, condensers and fuses, plus ferromagnetic detectors for MRI safety screening.
