FlexRay Medical
Who we are FlexRay Medical ApS is a Danish dealer and service provider in the market for pre-owned medical equipment. Founded in 2015 in Aalborg, Denmark, we specialise in diagnostic imaging - CT, MRI, PET/CT and X-ray - and in complete modular buildings for new MRI and CT suites. 2015Founded in Aalborg, Denmark HundredsClients served across the globe 1-2 weeksFrom modular delivery to scanning patients 10+ yearsAdditional life of a resold scanner Many times we are the first to install a used CT or MRI in a city or region. Through the years we have built an extensive network of trusted partners who assist us on the ground worldwide, which lets us offer brilliant solutions at fair prices and makes the whole process simpler for everyone involved. Every project is the result of a close and effective dialogue throughout the process - so you and your project are in safe hands. We work with hospitals, clinics, original equipment manufacturers and leasing companies across Western Europe, giving us a healthy flow of well-maintained equipment of the main brands: GE Healthcare, Fujifilm Healthcare (formerly Hitachi), Philips Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers and Canon Medical Systems (formerly Toshiba) - plus United Imaging. Our main focus is MRI and CT; we also handle PET/CT and regular X-ray, so feel free to contact us with what you need. Our core businesses Used and refurbished CT, MRI, PET/CT and X-ray equipment for sale Fair market evaluations of diagnostic imaging equipment - including value at end of lease Full project management: site planning, shipping, installation and service contract De-installation and removal of existing MRI, CT and X-ray systems Inspection and quality control of equipment bought elsewhere in Europe Temperature-controlled storage, including MRI cold storage Nordic Modular Solutions - turnkey modular buildings for new MRI and CT scanners Buying a used or refurbished system All of our equipment comes from European hospitals, and every piece is handpicked by us. Everything undergoes thorough testing before removal - both to prevent unwanted surprises and to bring you the highest quality possible. We make sure the equipment meets all specifications and guidelines and, depending on your needs, it can also come to you refurbished. Whether refurbished or not, systems are always tested to meet all standards and your clinical needs. Why bother with the complicated project handling of installing your next system? Let FlexRay Medical deal with it: we handle everything from site planning and shipping to installation and your service contract. Selling your used equipment Do you have diagnostic imaging equipment to sell? We always give you a fair, free-of-cost market evaluation of your system. Send us a description and we get back to you as early as possible - we aim to reply within 48 hours with a fair market evaluation or a request for further specifications. To price your system accurately we need the company, model name, production year, functional and cosmetic condition, and the expected time for replacement or availability for de-installation; a few pictures and the serial numbers help a lot. Leasing companies are welcome too - we are used to valuing equipment at end of lease. When we buy a system we also handle all the planning and execution of a successful de-installation - from the OEM manual and the correct tools and transport brackets, to a documented exit route, method statements and risk assessments. You get the best possible price with the least possible disruption to your daily routine. Inspection and quality control Have you bought a used piece of medical imaging equipment somewhere in Europe, or are you considering buying one? We provide a detailed, professional system inspection tailored to fit your schedule, and you always receive a detailed report afterwards. We believe in full transparency and will tell you exactly how and why your equipment is priced the way it is. Nordic Modular Solutions Like any new building - unlike any new building. Expand your facilities to accommodate a brand new MRI or CT scanner without months of noise and building rubble. A Nordic Modular Solution is an attractive alternative to remodelling or expanding your existing facilities with traditional construction, because all the construction work is completed off-site before delivery. When the unit arrives, electricity, water and network connection are the only things left to connect before installing your scanner. Typically it takes just 1-2 weeks from delivery until your modular solution is ready to use and patients can be scanned. CompleteFrom arrival, the unit provides the environment needed to operate your new MRI or CT scanner: lead or RF and magnetic shielding, all required electrical installations, cooling system for scanner and room cooling, optional changing rooms, operator room furniture suited to daily use and compliant with common cleaning requirements, and complete documentation of the unit and building materials so you can apply for local permanent building permission. Tailor-madeWe design the unit together with you, so it meets both the technical requirements of the scanner and your preferences for the finishing - floors in vinyl, wood-like, granite or concrete look, furniture colours from white to turquoise and honey, and even skylights. All in a unit that fits a limited number of square metres yet feels spacious. FlexibleUsable as a stand-alone solution with ramp access or fully integrated with existing buildings, with interior design arranged to merge seamlessly with your facilities. We control all aspects of design and production, so your unit always meets the requirements for reliable and safe operation. RelocatableAll required installations are integrated into the unit itself. Transport is done by truck and low-loader, placement by crane - and if you later need to relocate, we move the unit from A to B the same way. Relocation takes around 1-2 weeks. MRI modular When you choose to have your new MRI delivered in one of our modular solutions, the unit comes equipped to fully fit the requirements of the MRI model you have chosen: Chiller providing cooling water for your specific MRI Air-conditioning ensuring the specified temperature ranges in the rooms RF cage to avoid RF interference, with waveguides for auxiliary equipment such as injectors Passive shielding that limits the 5 gauss / 0.5 mT line inside the scan room unit Main board for power distribution to both the MRI and the modular building Humidifier to maintain the correct humidity level Storage for coils, phantoms, consumables and documentation in examination and operator rooms All construction work is finished at the factory before the modular arrives. 1-2 weeks later, system setting-to-work, start-up and calibrations are complete and everything is ready to use - you simply sign off on your new MRI suite and start scanning. Depending on your chosen MRI or CT model and requirements, we build the unit as a temporary, easily relocatable solution or as a semi-permanent modular building, and it can be delivered as a stand-alone unit with ramp access or fully integrated into existing buildings. Expanding your scanning capacity this way is in most cases not more expensive than traditional construction, and because we build from industry-standard materials in a standardised, quality-controlled process, your investment is long-lasting. Maintenance and service are handled with spare parts and materials widely available in the Nordic countries. Our Nordic Modular units are compatible with most MRI and CT models from Canon Medical Systems, GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare and Siemens Healthineers. GlobalUsed and refurbished systems supplied to Africa, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and South-East Asia - and very high-end systems sometimes find a new home in the USA. Circular economy The keyword in our business is keeping medical imaging equipment in use for longer - making high-quality diagnostic equipment more widely available through affordable prices and top service, while keeping raw materials in use. For an MRI or CT scanner replaced by a European hospital it is not uncommon to be in use for an additional ten years at a new location, which brings diagnostic capabilities to regions of the world where they are scarce. When used equipment is more affordable, more hospitals and clinics get access to it. Rustomograf
Who we are Rustomograf (LLC "Rustomograf") is a Russian medical equipment supplier specialising in MRI and CT scanners - and in everything that keeps them running: delivery, installation, engineering, service and spare parts. For over 15 years we have worked in Russia, Kazakhstan and other Customs Union countries, providing project solutions for medical imaging businesses. 15+Years in medical imaging equipment 45 daysTurnkey MRI / CT sale and installation 5.0Customer rating from 297 reviews 360°Sale, delivery, installation, service, parts We are a full-cycle partner for diagnostic centres. We supply new and used MRI and CT systems, deliver them across Russia and the CIS without loss of helium, install and dismantle them, raise and shim the magnetic field, look after the cryogenic system, repair coils and gradient amplifiers, and manufacture RF cabins for MRI rooms. Logistics, rigging, design, ventilation, clean rooms, installers, service and warranty repair all come from one company and one project manager - with no subcontractors to coordinate. Our services Turnkey projects for medical centres with MRI and CT scanners Mobile MRI or CT in a trailer - a complete diagnostic centre delivered to your site Delivery of MRI across Russia and CIS countries without helium loss Installation and dismantling of tomographs, with buy-out of the existing system Raising the magnetic field of the tomograph and shimming Manufacturing of RF cabins (Faraday cages) for MRI procedure rooms Magnet cooling: vacuum pumping of the MRI cryostat, nitrogen and helium filling Cold head replacement, repair and overhaul Repair and sale of gradient amplifiers for MRI Repair of MRI and CT tomographs, with a wide range of consumables and spare parts Repair of MRI RF coils of all manufacturers Rental of factory current source (MPS) and shim devices for Siemens, Philips, GE and Toshiba tomographs Monitoring system for the condition of MRI units MRI for veterinary medicine and animals - turnkey Turnkey projects for medical centres We help design medical centres around the real installation requirements of MRI and CT equipment - the special demands on siting, shielding, power, ventilation and clean rooms for radiology. One project manager runs the whole job: design, equipment supply, delivery, rigging, installation, launch and warranty service. A complete MRI or CT project - sale and installation - is delivered in as little as 45 days. Mobile MRI and CT in a trailer Mobile MRI and CT units in purpose-built trailers are fully equipped diagnostic centres: they are delivered to your site and launched in the shortest possible time, which makes them ideal for outreach diagnostics, temporary replacement of a system under repair, or starting a service without capital construction. Delivery across Russia and the CIS without helium loss We deliver MRI systems in a special trailer with a diesel generator across the whole of Russia. Because the magnet is kept cold and powered through transport, you do not risk losing expensive liquid helium - and with it, field homogeneity and image quality - on the way to your site. Engineering and installation Our engineers have the specialised tool kits and experience for full system commissioning: installation and dismantling of tomographs, raising the magnet field to the value required for complete MRI installation, shimming, vacuum pumping of the cryostat, nitrogen and helium filling, and cold head replacement and reconditioning. We also repair and supply gradient amplifiers, rent out factory current sources (MPS) and shim devices for Siemens, Philips, GE and Toshiba systems, and manufacture shielded RF cabins for MRI rooms. Service, repair and spare parts Beyond new installations, we support and repair existing MRI and CT equipment of every major brand, and we hold a broad stock of consumables and spare parts: MRI and CT parts for Hitachi, Philips, Siemens, GE and Toshiba, burst discs, body coils, cold heads, and RF coils of all manufacturers - GE, Toshiba, XGY, Philips, Siemens and ISOL. Repairing an RF coil is only possible with dedicated equipment, so it is carried out by our trained engineers. We also supply instruments, power supplies, fans, hard drives, injectors, printers, filters, condensers and fuses, plus ferromagnetic detectors for MRI safety screening.
