Full annual preventive maintenance: image quality checks, gradient and RF calibration, cooling system inspection and a written service report.
Parts and consumables not included
CT scanner installation & calibration
Unloading, mechanical assembly, tube alignment, image quality calibration and acceptance testing with the customer's medical physics team.
Price per system
Remote diagnostics session
Live remote session over a secure connection to review error logs, tune parameters and guide the on-site team step by step.
Minimum 2 hours, billed per started hour
Quarterly service contract
Four scheduled visits a year plus unlimited remote support during business hours, with a guaranteed 48 hours on-site response.
