P&M Medical is an Israeli supplier of cost-effective, high-quality reconditioned and used diagnostic imaging equipment for hospitals, imaging centres and independent medical practices. Trading since 2008, we source MRI and CT scanners from a wide range of manufacturers and stay with the project from the first enquiry until the system is installed and running.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide cost-effective, high-quality reconditioned and used diagnostic imaging equipment at a sensible price, so that a hospital, an imaging centre or an independent practice can add or replace a system without the cost of buying new. Our goal is customer satisfaction through every stage of the product life cycle, supported by a range of value-added services built around the equipment we deliver.

Value-added services

Buying a pre-owned scanner is a project, not a shipment. Alongside the equipment itself we provide the services that make the project work:

• Equipment sale - complete systems, configurations and accessories for diagnostic imaging departments
• Logistics services - crating, transport and shipping of complete scanners, including collection at the supplier site
• Installation and deinstallation - taking a system out of one facility and putting it back into service at another
• Turnkey solution - one supplier accountable for the whole process, from the first search to the working system

A turnkey project, step by step

• 1. Definition - we agree the clinical need, the modality, the room and the budget with your team
• 2. Sourcing - we find suitable systems at the right price, in Israel or abroad
• 3. Technical review - the equipment and its configuration are inspected and matched to your requirements
• 4. Commercial offer - equipment, logistics and installation are quoted together, so there are no surprises
• 5. Logistics - crating and shipping, with the paperwork handled as part of the deal
• 6. Installation - dismantling at the source site, transport, re-installation and commissioning at yours
• 7. Handover and support - the system is up and running, and we remain the point of contact for parts and follow-up

Who we work with

We are a long-term partner for hospitals, imaging centres, private radiology practices and clinics that need a reliable imaging system at a reasonable price. As an agent and representative we can act on your behalf in the market, negotiate the purchase, and coordinate the suppliers, engineers and shipping involved in the project. Customers in Israel are served directly, and projects abroad are handled together with our international partners.
