ECHO Magnet Services is an independent multi vendor service company which is capable of providing all service steps during system movements. You may need an emergency Ramp Down, rig out, complete de-installation or turn key installation. We will be happy to participate at your projects with our highly skilled and experienced engineers.

Billed per hour of work - travel and equipment quoted per project.

Key is to know exactly what you are buying. Full system performance, cryogenic subsystem performance, cosmetic and mechanical inspections are other important parts of a QA program.

Minimum 2 hours of work per inspection.

Magnet vacuum, pre-cooling and cool down is our specialty. Reducing the temperature of an MRI magnet from room temp to -269C is a critical process which can end with magnet cracks, continued quench history and high helium consumption. Each magnet model has its own procedure which should be followed up with respect to OEM standards. Quench recovery, thermal re-cycling, helium recovery from cold magnets are also part of our main business. We provide you with professional service whenever and wherever you need us.

Billed per hour of work - helium consumption and parts at cost.

We do provide ramp down service even with a very very short notice. As we are developing and manufacturing our own multivendor MRI tools, we are able to keep multiple sets of Ramp Power Supplies to provide ramp down service all over Europe in 24 hours.

Understanding the problem is half and capability to solve it is the other half. We provide 7/24 service to reduce your down time and cryogenic loss by diagnosing helium leaks or unexplained helium consumption then de-icing, thermal re-cycling or just replacing the cryogenic subsystem parts. Coldheads, compressors, helium flex lines, indium sets, all from stock, available to ship worldwide with engineering support.

Billed per hour of work - parts quoted separately from stock.

Complete system moves: planning, crane and rigging coordination, transport, and reinstallation at the new site. One project lead owns every step, so the magnet, the electronics and the schedule stay under control from door to door.

Our facility in Helmond, the Netherlands, stores any MRI system type safely - in cold state with cryogenic parts replacement and on-site helium recovery, or warm. A practical option for systems waiting for a new site, a buyer or a service decision, with remote monitoring of stored magnets.

Field mapping and shimming with state-of-the-art instruments, including the Metrolab PT2026 NMR teslameter, MFC field camera and our automated superconductive shim power supply - confirming uniformity and performance after a ramp up, a move or a repair.

One universal unit replaces a rack of OEM-specific ramp tools: 10 kW industrial supply, up to 1000 A at 10 V, integrated active accelerator, automated frequency parking and direct teslameter integration. Compatible with Siemens, Philips, GE and Canon magnets, with remote operation and diagnostics.

Specialised MRI service tools manufactured in-house by ECHO - liquid helium fill kits, the automated helium fill tool, Philips and GE coldhead service kits, the Explorer shim supply and measurement instruments - available for purchase or on a rental basis for service companies that need them without ownership.
